Risk Management Policy
PT KB Valbury Sekuritas implements systematic and measurable Risk Management steps in performing its business activities, equipped with Policies and Procedures as a reference in implementing Risk Management in each of its activities. Thus, PT KB Valbury Sekuritas are able to provide a sense of security and comfort to Customers in using products and services.
The Risk Management Division has the following functions and policies, including:
- Formulate relevant policies and standard procedures to manage risk
- Identify, mitigate and control transactions,to ensure the quality of transactions, including financing transactions, is well maintained
- Enforce and monitor the effective implementation of risk management procedures in th company operations
- Make regular and timely reports to the Board of Directors related to Risk Management
