EXCL - Sees demand of IOT increases

XL Axiata (EXCL) has seen a substantial growth in demand for IoT by vernment agencies. The company has forged partnerships with regional administrations to help realize smart city utilization, data cloud and any big data utilization. However, the company said that cellular connectivity still dominates the company's corporate revenue. Yet it also shows huge potential waiting to be untapped by telco companies in line with vernment efforts to streamline bureaucracy by digitalization.
