EXCL – Strengthening networks ahead of Eid

EXCL – Strengthening networks ahead of Eid XL Axiata (EXCL) predicts an increase in telecommunications traffic in Eid 2024, just like last year's traffic which increased 37% yoy or 17% compared to other days. Furthermore, EXCL also prepares network quality in various regions and areas before Ramadan by increasing network capacity, adding coverage and others. EXCL also prepares contact center services, including the provision of digital communication channels for handling customer complaints as well as providing special data packages during Ramadan and Eid. Note that, EXCL allocated IDR8 tn capex this year for data service network development and convergence, including strengthening IT. (Source : Kontan)
