SMRA – Target 2023 sales to increase by 10%

The target of Summarecon Agung (SMRA) is supported by sales in the property development business unit running well. Currently, SMRA is working on the Villa Outlets – East Jakarta project located at Summarecon Emerald Karawang and Summarecon Mall Bandung. In 1Q23, SMRA posted a 2% yoy increase in revenue to IDR1.5 tn, supported by a 27% increase in investment property revenue worth IDR394.9 bn.
