EXCL - Launches balance transfer, credit features

XL Axiata (EXCL) has launched emergency credit balance, and control features, that will be made available for prepaid brands, XL and Axis through mobile apps. The emergency credit feature will enable customers to stay connected while they are running out of balance, be it for internet, texts and internet package. Meanwhile, balance control feature is aimed at enabling customer to control their balance spending. (Souce : Kontan) Comment: The newly launched features are in line with the company's strategy to enrich its service for customers. As mobile industry is heading toward sunset as customers growth will be quite limited in the future, yet enhancing value added service is the key to retain customers, while improving ARPU.
