AMRT – Continue to focus on store expansions strategy Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (AMRT) continue to actively pursue new revenue streams through its store expansions strategy. Operating approximately 18,735 Alfamart stores as of September 2023, AMRT focuses not only on retaining market share but also on continuous growth, particularly in the mid-range category through Midi Utama Indonesia (MIDI). Currently, MIDI is focused on expanding the Lawson store network, which has shown significant growth to around 571 stores as of September 2023. This expansion includes the addition of 379 Lawson Group stores in 9M23, with Alfamidi's growth increasing by 23.1% yoy to 2,781 stores, surpassing Alfamart. Furthermore, the upcoming elections and the government's Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) are expected to positively impact AMRT's performance.
