BREN - Share accumulation & new resources upside Barito Renewables Energy (BREN) said its controlling shareholder Prajogo Pangestu bought 1.33 mn shares at an average ~IDR8,930/share (≈IDR11.9 bn) on 13 Jan 2026, lifting his direct stake from 0.103% to 0.104%, while separately the company, via subsidiary Star Energy Geothermal Indonesia, confirmed ~55-60 MW of geothermal power potential from exploration at Gunung Hamiding, Halmahera Utara, providing a basis for future geothermal development, according to CEO Hendra Soetjipto Tan.
