BREN – Subsidiary signs amendment agreement with Bangkok Bank

BREN – Subsidiary signs amendment agreement with Bangkok Bank Barito Renewables Energy (BREN) through its subsidiary, Star Energy Group Holdings, signed an amendment to a USD655 mn facility agreement with Bangkok Bank on September 2, 2024. The amendment will have a positive impact on Star Energy's financial performance amid a decline in margins. Based on the amendments, the margin will be 2.50% above the SOFR from the previous 4.00% above LIBOR. The payment date has also changed to August 30, 2024 from the previous December 14, 2027.
