CDIA – Acquiring 49% stake in Petrosea Services Solutions

CDIA – Acquiring 49% stake in Petrosea Services Solutions Chandra Daya Investasi (CDIA) has signed a conditional share subscription agreement on 23 Apr ‘26, to acquire 49% stake in Petrosea Services Solutions Pte. Ltd (PSS), a Singapore-based subsidiary of Petrosea (PTRO). CDIA will subscribe to 9,944,119 new shares issued by PSS, totaling USD15.5 mn. Following the transaction, PT Petrosea Engineering Procurement Construction (PEPC) will retain 51% ownership, with CDIA holding the remaining 49%. The capital injection aims to strengthen PSS's capital structure to support its business activities. This deal is classified as an affiliated transaction under POJK 42/2020 due to shared ownership and management ties between the entities involved. (Source : Investor Daily)
