ERAA - Acquired more stakes in JDSports

ERAA - Acquired more stakes in JDSports Erajaya Swasembada (ERAA) through its subsidiary, Sinar Eka Selaras (ERAL), acquired 99.9% ownership of JDSports Fashion Indonesia and JDSports Fashion Distribution worth IDR94.19 bn on November 21, 2024. With this transaction, it is projected that ERAA will post additional performance growth. Note that, ERAA posted revenue of IDR15.5 tn (+11.3% yoy) and net profit of IDR791.2 bn (+59.9% yoy) in 9M24.
