ERAA – Long term growth on the back of diversification strategy

23 December 2025

ERAA – Long term growth on the back of diversification strategy Erajaya Swasembada (ERAA) plans to strengthen its non-electronics businesses in 2026, including electric vehicles, lifestyle, and food & nutrition segments, as part of its portfolio diversification strategy. The initiatives build on existing expansions across brands such as XPENG, JD Sports, CHAGEE, and Paris Baguette, rolled out in 2025. While this supports longer-term growth and reduces reliance on electronics, no new financial targets or guidance were provided. Overall, the update is viewed as neutral, with no near-term earnings impact. (Source : Kontan)
