EXCL – Reports director share purchase worth IDR403.5 mn XLSmart Telecom Sejahtera (EXCL) reported a share purchase by one of its directors. According to a disclosure to the OJK and IDX, Director Sanjay Kumar Gordhan A Vaghasia acquired 150,000 shares at IDR2,690 each, totaling IDR403.5 mn. Corporate Secretary Ranty Astari Rachman confirmed the direct purchase, noting it involved common shares and was not related to the controlling shareholder.
