IMPC – Raised IDR486 bn from private placement Impack Pratama Industri (IMPC) raised IDR486 bn through a private placement by issuing 600 mn new shares. The three investors who purchased the new shares are Kaddara, Ranca Maya Raya, and Field Tree Limited. The proceeds will be allocated for capital expenditure, working capital, and debt repayment.
