INCO – Expect stable nickel matte production for 2024 Vale Indonesia's (INCO) matte nickel production is expected to remain at 70,000 tons next year, due to increased equipment maintenance days and nickel grades impacting output. Despite this, INCO aims for optimal equipment utilization and better-grade nickel ore to improve production. INCO is still optimistic about achieving a 70,000-ton target this year, with notable increases in 9M23 production of 51,644 tons (+17.6% yoy) of nickel matte.
