MDKA - Affiliated transactions Merdeka Copper Gold (MDKA), through its 62.7%‐owned subsidiary Mentari Alam Persada (MAP), signed affiliated service agreements with fellow controlled entities PETS, GSM, PBT, and PIN. The five‐year contracts, valued at IDR145.3 bn, cover access roads, warehousing, and terminal facilities. PIN accounted for the largest share at IDR61.1 bn. All parties are majority‐owned by MDKA.
