MTEL – Proposes IDR1.0 tn share buyback Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (MTEL) plans a share buyback of up to IDR1 tn, equal to 4.12% of its paid-up capital. The proposal will be presented at an EGMS on September 16, 2025. If approved, the buyback may run for up to 12 months.
