SMRA - Expects around 8-10% revenue contribution from a new mall in Bandung Summarecon Agung (SMRA) expects that the newly opened Summarecon Mall Bandung (Sumaba) will contribute 8%-10% to its revenue. The company believes that with the post-Covid-19 era, the retail sector is showing positive trends, making the early months of 2024 a promising period for the company. SMRA is optimistic that the commercial zone, with an investment value of IDR700 bn in Sumaba, will become a significant attraction for markets in Greater Bandung, Jakarta, and surrounding areas. This optimism is supported by strong connectivity, including the Whoosh High-Speed Train, Padaleunyi Toll Road, and Cisumdawu Toll Road, enhancing the appeal of Sumaba to a wide audience.
