Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (AMRT) berharap penambahan modal tanpa HMETD dapat dilaksanakan sebelum April 2012. Dalam aksi korporasi itu, perseroan berpotensi memperoleh dana Rp 1,15 triliun. Perseroan akan melepas 10% saham pada harga minimal Rp 3.386/saham.
