TAPG – Aims for 4.4 mn tonne cpo production

Triputra Agro Persada (TAPG) targets its total fresh fruit bunches (FFB) production to reach 4.4 mn tonnes in 2023. Throughout 2022 alone, TAPG managed to produce 3.2 mn tonnes of FFB or an average of 24.5 tonnes per hectare. This can be achieved because the average age of the company's plants is at 12 years. On the other hand, TAPG also newly operates palm oil mills, this is done to increase production capacity. For now, TAPG has 18 units of palm oil mills with a capacity of 995 tonnes per hour. On the other hand, TAPG allocated IDR920 bn in 2023 to be used as capital expenditure, with details for plants 7%, infrastructure and heavy equipment 37%, construction 27%, factories 10%, and others 19%. TAPG is also distributing dividends of IDR754 bn next month or equivalent to IDR38 per share (6.2% yield, price as of 16 May 2023). Throughout 2022, TAPG managed to book a net profit of IDR3.08 tn or an increase of 158% yoy with a revenue of IDR9.34 tn, an increase of 489%. (source : Kontan)
