Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TLKM) menganggarkan belanja modal (capex) tahun 2011 sebesar Rp 16,48 triliun. Capex akan dialokasikan untuk other subsidiaries sebesar Rp 3,06 tirliun, Telkomsel Rp 8,7 tirliiun dan belanja modal Rp 4,71 tirliun.
