Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TLKM) melalui anak usahanya, Telekomunikasi Indonesia International Australia Pty Ltd, mengakuisisi 75% saham Contact Centres Australia Pty Ltd (CCA), perusahaan business process outsourcing (BPO) di Sydney, Australia. Nilai akuisisi sebesar AUD 11 juta atau sekitar Rp 115 miliar.
