Sarana Menara Nusantara (TOWR) berminat mengakuisisi 12 ribu menara telekomunikasi milik Indosat (ISAT). Akuisisi itu dapat didanai dari penerbitan saham baru tanpa HMETD atau penerbitan obligasi.
