UNVR - A possibility for a jumbo dividend payout on strategic divestments Unilever Indonesia (UNVR) is expected to distribute a significant "jumbo dividend" for the 2025 financial year on the back of major asset divestments, including the IDR7 tn spin-off of its ice cream business (Magnum) completed in December 2025, and the IDR1.5 tn sale of its tea business (Sariwangi) to Djarum Group signed on 6 Jan 2026. Financially, UNVR showed signs of recovery with its earnings that grew 117% yoy in 3Q25. As a result, UNVR 9M25 net profit grew 11% yoy to IDR3.34 tn. (Source : Investor Daily)
