UNVR – To hold an EGMS

UNVR – To hold an EGMS Unilever Indonesia (UNVR) will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on February 13, 2026, with the agenda including approval of proposed changes to the Board of Directors and approval for the delegation of authority to the Board of Commissioners to approve amendments, additions, removals, and adjustments to pension fund provisions. Previously, UNVR had decided to distribute an FY25 interim dividend of IDR87 per share, totaling IDR3.3 tn. Note that, UNVR recorded revenue of IDR27.61 tn (+0.71% yoy) and net profit of IDR3.33 tn (+10.81% yoy) in 9M25. (Source : Bisnis Indonesia)
