ACES – Continuing store expansion and efficiency Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia (ACES) continues its store expansion, particularly outside Java, while also implementing efficiency measures. ACES is taking advantage of lower rental and labor costs in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, as well as lighter competition in Kalimantan and eastern Indonesia. In 2H25, the company plans to open 17–18 new stores. ACES is also relocating employees and freezing recruitment to maintain efficiency. In 1H25, the company realized IDR86.7 bn of its IDR300 bn capex allocation, which is dedicated to opening new stores, refreshing store concepts, improving logistics infrastructure, advancing technology, and optimizing omnichannel operations. Note that, ACES recorded revenue of IDR4.3 tn (+3.2% yoy) and net profit of IDR292.9 bn (-19.9% yoy) in 1H25. (Source : Kontan)
