BBRI - Recorded higher BRImo transaction volume

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BRI) continue to record an improvement digital transaction on its aps namely BRImo. As of June23 transaction reached IDR1.89tn or increased by 76.2% yoy, while in terms of volume it recorded around 1.3bn or 89.6% yoy. In the same period, total BRImo users noted 27.8users or 50.5% higher compared to the same period last year. (Source : Kontan). Comment: We like the continuing improving performance metrics on BRImo apps. With its continuing effort to integrate with various transaction, we think users experience will improve and thus will made the apps as one stop solution for everyday financial related transaction. Despite contributing small parts to banks revenue, we believe service of excellence and improving customer satisfaction will bring more value and at the end will underpin BBRI’s overall growth ing forward.
