CTRA – Recorded 57% target marketing sales FY23

Ciputra Development (CTRA) succeed to record marketing sales worth IDR5.1 tn until the second quarter of this year. The 1H23 realization marketing sales is equivalent to 57% total FY23 target. CTRA targets IDR8.9 tn marketing sales throughout FY23. As of 2Q23, CTRA recorded IDR3.99 tn marketing sales, exceeded the marketing sales in 2Q22. The 2Q22 marketing sales gain is equivalent to 48.65% of the 5 total marketing sales targets for 2022, IDR8.2 tn. Commercial projects also contributed IDR440 bn marketing sales supported by new product launches, such as the One Arcade shophouse cluster at CitraLand Surabaya which contributed IDR169 bn.
