HMSP – To distribute dividends of IDR8.06 tn HM Sampoerna (HMSP) approved the distribution of dividends worth IDR8.06 tn or IDR69.3 per share at the GMS on April 23, 2023. The dividend fund comes from 2023 net profit of IDR8.09 tn (99.56% of net profit). Based on the composition of investors as of March 31, 2024, the number of public shareholders of HMSP reached 8.7 bn shares (7.5% of the capital).
