ISAT - Reports higher growth in B2B biz
Indosat Hutchison Ooredoo (ISAT) reports a significant growth in its B2B segment, thanks to post-covid normalization coupled with growing IT solution demand as it has forged partnerships with tech big-wigs, namely Huawei, Nokia, Cisco, and ZTE. (Source : Bisnis Indonesia) Comment : Growing demand in IT solution indicates a gradual departure from connection-based demand as IoT has started to gain grounds in Indonesia's corporate. This is particularly following MNO's initiative to roll out 5G private networks to entice manufacturing and mining sectors. Although, ISAT's enterprise contribution to revenue remains small, the growth from corporate should provide more stability to its revenue. Additionally, higher technology that cultivates through development of corporate base should also be utilzed to improve its service for retail customers.
