ISAT - Seeks to add other business segment

Management of Indosat Ooredoo (ISAT) is planning to add other supporting business activities including electrical, construction, rental of digital technology equipment and office machines to support data center business. However, the plan still needs an approval from general meeting of shareholders that is due on May 15 '23. (Source : Company) Comment : While the clarity of planned additional and supporting business segments is still unclear yet, but management said that these additional business activities contribution in 2022 is quite minuscule at 0.12%, and only 1.1% during projection year of '23-'27, or rather insignificant.
