KLBF – Sells 5.5 mn shares in EPMT for IDR31 bn

KLBF – Sells 5.5 mn shares in EPMT for IDR31 bn Kalbe Farma (KLBF) sold 5.5 mn of its shares in Enseval Putera Megatrading (EPMT) in a transaction on 25 Sep 2025. The shares were sold at a price of IDR2,400 each, resulting in a total transaction value of IDR31 bn. Following this sale, KLBF's ownership stake in EPMT decreased from 92.18% to 91.98%.
