MDKA — A USD135 mn additional financing to strengthen subsidiary' capital Merdeka Copper Gold (MDKA) has strengthened the capital of its subsidiary, Pani Bersama Jaya (PBJ), by adding a USD135 mn facility, raising the total financing to USD260 mn. This loan will be used by PBJ for general corporate purposes, including capex, operations, and working capital. The loan is subject to a Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) and matures in 5 years.
