Summarecon Agung (SMRA) bersiap meluncurkan proyek properti township di Bandung, Jawa Barat, akhir 2014. Nilai kapitalisasi pasar proyek kota mandiri tersebut diperkirakan mencapai angka Rp 25 triliun. Rencananya, akhir 2014, perseroan mulai meluncurkan proyek berupa perumahan tapak terlebih dahulu.
