UNVR - Completes IDR7 tn ice cream business divestment Unilever Indonesia (UNVR) officially completed the sale of its ice cream business to The Magnum Ice Cream Indonesia on 8 Dec 2025. The transaction was part of a strategic plan agreed in Nov 2024 and was carried out between affiliated entities under Unilever PLC. The deal was approved by shareholders in Jan 2025 and valued at IDR7 tn, above the independent valuation of IDR6.57 tn. UNVR said the divestment will strengthen its financial position, and the net proceeds will be distributed to shareholders as cash dividends. (Source : Emiten News)
