UNVR – To disburse IDR2.93 tn in dividends Unilever Indonesia (UNVR) will disburse IDR2.93 tn in dividends or IDR77 per share for the 2023 financial year, based on the AGMS' decision on June 20, 2024. The dividend will be disbursed no later than July 18, 2024. Previously, UNVR had disbursed an interim dividend worth IDR2.40 tn or IDR63 per share. This year, UNVR allocated a capex around 2% of sales which will be used to invest in business development to accelerate the transformation of go to market. UNVR will also expand its portfolio into premium and value segments, build an execution powerhouse and drive business sustainability. Note that, UNVR posted revenue of IDR38.61 tn (-7% yoy) and net profit of IDR4.8 tn (-10.5% yoy) in 2023. (Source : Kontan)
