ADRO - To disburse USD500 mn dividend

Adaro Energy Indonesia (ADRO) agreed to distribute dividends of USD500 mn or the equivalent of IDR7.35 tn. This dividend will be distributed on June 6, 2023, with a cum dividend schedule on May 22, 2023. The total final dividend for the 2022 financial year is USD1 bn or the equivalent of 40.11% of the current year's profit. ADRO paid USD500 mn on January 13, 2023 as an interim cash dividend, while the remaining USD500 mn will be paid as a final cash dividend. This dividend amount is equivalent to IDR229.8 per share.
