BBTN - To launch Super App

Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN) will launch super app new BTN Mobile in early next year. This new apps will combine all channel services which will provide new experience and services in BBTN’s Digital Mortgage Ecosystem (Source : Investor Daily). Comment: The development has been in talk since last year, and we like the plan that the app will be launch in early 2023. With the new app the bank could get benefit and tap into wider opportunity of mortgage demand, aside from capturing the potential prospect of robust housing growth ing forward. Challenge will come from changing the habit of low end debtors which become the majority of BBTN credit portfolio.
