BRIS - Auto financing soars in May25 BSI Oto, the automotive financing arm of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BRIS), saw a remarkable 96.17% yoy surge in disbursements, reaching IDR60.34 bn in May25. This impressive growth is further fueled by the recent launch of the BSI Oto feature within the Byond by BSI superapp, unveiled at the BSI International Expo 2025 (June 23-25, 2025). Previously limited to branches or a joint landing page, BSI Oto financing is now widely accessible through the Byond by BSI app. This digital expansion has already yielded results, with 30% of 73 vehicles sold during the expo facilitated through the app. Customers using the Byond by BSI feature benefit from competitive financing margins, tenors up to 7 years, real-time application monitoring, and the ability to manage their financing portfolio. The platform supports financing for new cars, used cars, new motorcycles, and importantly, environmentally friendly electric and hybrid vehicles, marking a significant step for BSI in digital sharia financing.
