BSDE – Transfers BTM ownership to Sinarmas affiliates

BSDE – Transfers BTM ownership to Sinarmas affiliates Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) announced the transfer of all shares in Bumi Tirta Mas (BTM) to Alpha Water Indonesia (AWI) and Utilitas Mas Indonesia (UMI) on June 26, 2025, with a total nominal value of IDR7 bn. Post-transaction, AWI holds 99.99% of BTM shares, while UMI holds the remaining 0.01%. According to BSDE Director Hermawan Wijaya, the affiliated transaction (conducted among Sinarmas Land Ltd.) is part of BSDE’s strategy to refocus on its core property and integrated area development businesses.
