ERAA – Forming a JV through a subsidiary

ERAA – Forming a JV through a subsidiary Erajaya Swasembada (ERAA) formed a JV through its subsidiary, Era Sukses Abadi (ESA), with an investment value of IDR52.22 bn. The formation of a JV called Mitra Belanja Selalu (MBS) was carried out with Perjuangan Anak Muda, which is a company engaged in management consulting. ERAA through ESA holds 51% of MBS shares. Note that, ERAA posted revenue of IDR48.6 tn (+13.52% yoy) and net profit of IDR852.94 bn (+69.82% yoy) in 9M24. (Source : Bisnis Indonesia)
