FORE – To have 600 outlets within five years Fore Kopi Indonesia (FORE) is pursuing aggressive national expansion, aiming to open 600 outlets within five years by focusing on tier-2 and tier-3 cities. In 2025 alone, the company targets 72 new outlets across Indonesia, bringing the total to 300 by year-end. FORE will allocate funds from its recent IPO raising IDR353.44 bn to support this growth, including capital injections for its subsidiary to open 30 outlets in strategic locations such as shopping centers and transportation hubs. The rest of the funds will be used for raw materials and operational needs. After reversing losses in previous years, FORE posted a net profit of IDR42.34 bn in 9M24 and revenue increase of 135.35% yoy to IDR727.37 bn, and projects profit growth of 70–80% in 2025.
