IMPC - Expands into plastic waste recycling Impack Pratama Industri (IMPC), through its subsidiary Sirkular Karya Indonesia (SKI), formed a partnership with Marubeni Indonesia and DNP Indonesia to recycle plastic waste from DNP’s production facilities into durable, recyclable building materials. The collaboration combines SKI’s recycling technology with Marubeni’s sustainability expertise to expand eco-friendly product access. Separately, IMPC raised IDR486 bn from a private placement of 600 mn shares at IDR810 each, aimed at strengthening its capital structure and supporting sustainable expansion.
