INKP – To issue bonds and sukuk worth IDR5.26 tn Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper (INKP) will issue bonds and sukuk worth IDR5.26 tn. The issuance consists of the Sustainable Bonds V Phase V Year 2025 worth IDR3.94 tn, the Sustainable Sukuk Mudharabah IV Phase V Year 2025 worth IDR 1.10 tn, and the Sustainable USD Bonds II Phase IV Year 2025 worth USD12.51 mn. Of the funds raised, IDR1.57 tn will be used to repay debt, while the remainder will be allocated for working capital. Meanwhile, for the USD bonds, around USD7.51 mn will be allocated to debt repayment, with the rest used for working capital. (Source : Kontan)
