JPFA – 1H25 performance declined due to falling ASP

JPFA – 1H25 performance declined due to falling ASP Japfa Comfeed Indonesia (JPFA) posted revenue of IDR27.48 tn (-0.6% yoy) and net profit of IDR1.23 tn (-16.42% yoy) in 1H25. The performance decline was due to by falling ASP in the broiler and DOC segments after the Eid holiday, coupled with weakening consumer purchasing power. In 2Q25, ASP for broilers dropped 21.2% yoy to IDR16,326 per kg, while ASP for DOC fell 40.2% yoy to IDR4,196 per chick. However, the poultry processing segment remained positive, in line with JPFA’s expansion strategy into ready-to-eat products. (Source : Kontan)
