JPFA – Implementing a digital system Japfa Comfeed Indonesia (JPFA) has implemented a digital system for all feed transportation procedures, starting from the truck entry process to the loading dock at its unit in Sragen, Central Java. The loading and unloading time for 2,000 tons of feed takes less than a day. JPFA also utilizes smart TVs to monitor production output. The Sragen unit produces livestock feed including broiler chicken, layer chicken, and duck feed in the form of concentrate, pellets, and crumbles, amounting to 30,000–40,000 tons per year.
