JPFA – To disburse IDR581 bn in dividends

Japfa Comfeed (JPFA) will distribute dividends of IDR581 bn or IDR122 per share for the year 2022 (41% payout ratio). FY22 the company’s sales rose 9.12% yoy from IDR44.87 tn in 2021 to IDR48.97 tn in 2022. JPFA sales were driven by commercial farm segment which contribute IDR18.96 tn, an increase of 7.72% yoy. Animal feed segment also contributed IDR13.97 tn in revenue, an increase of 5.96% yoy. On the other hand, the company's annual general meeting of shareholders has obtained permission from shareholders to carry out share buybacks of a maximum of 1.5% of the total paid-in capital. Based on this calculation, JPFA will spend IDR350 bn. The buyback action is planned to be carried out from April 6, 2023 to March 31, 2024. (Source : Invesor Daily)
