MDKA – Sell BPI shares to MBM for IDR1.24 tn

The sale of Batutua Pelita Investama (BPI) shares by Merdeka Copper ld (MDKA) to its subsidiary, Merdeka Battery Materials (MBM) was signed in an agreement effective January 13, 2022.
