SIDO - Controlling shareholder to receive IDR512 bn from FY25 interim dividend PT Hotel Candi Baru, the controlling shareholder of PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO), is set to receive approximately IDR512 bn in dividend proceeds following SIDO’s announcement of an IDR22 per share interim dividend for FY25. With a 77.6% ownership stake, equivalent to 23.28 bn shares, PT Hotel Candi Baru will earn IDR660 bn from this corporate action. The interim dividend schedule sets the cum date for 10 Nov 2025, ex date for 11 Nov 2025, and payment date for 20 Nov 2025.
