TOWR – Subsidiary issues IDR2.9 tn worth of bonds

A subsidiary of Sarana Menara Nusantara (TOWR), Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia, issued a shelf registration bond III Portelindo Phase II Year 2023 which was used to repay debts. The bonds consist of series A and series B which are offered 100% of the principal amount. Series A bonds worth IDR2.7 tn with an interest rate of 6.35% per annum within 370 calendar days from the date of issuance. Meanwhile, series B bonds worth IDR145.3 bn with a coupon of 6.6% per year with a tenor of 3 years. (Source : Investor Daily)
