AMMN - Indonesia considers extending copper export permits The Indonesian government is likely to extend copper concentrate export permits for Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara, a subsidiary of AMMN, and to Freeport Indonesia by 1–2 months after the current relaxation expires in December 2024. Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Bahlil Lahadalia noted the extension would cover volumes that domestic smelters cannot yet process, as both companies' copper smelters are not expected to be fully operational by year-end.
